Shipping policy

All orders placed over the Christmas period (23rd December to 1st January) may take up to 7 working days to get to you. We aim to send out McPADDEN Products on the working day after we receive an order, or (if an order is received by noon London time) on the day we receive the order; however, this is not guaranteed. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your McPADDEN Products. 

Unless otherwise stated, we use UPS couriers for the delivery of McPADDEN Products 

This also includes full online track & trace with a 2 hour delivery window supplied to the customer. Actual delivery timescales may vary according to external factors, and we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays.

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed. All orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.
